From May 29 to 31, the former boiler house of the Veldze factory at Matīsa street 8 will host Veldze Art Fair — a three-day contemporary art event jointly organized by three independent art spaces in Riga: ASNI, TUR, and 427.
The venue — one of the raw, unconventional spaces within the emerging Creative Factory Veldze complex — offers a distinctive setting for this collaborative project. Veldze Art Fair unfolds as a cooperation-based initiative that brings multiple institutions into a shared space, emphasizing presence, informality, and diversity.
Conceived as a unified event, the exhibition brings together various artistic practices under one roof, creating room for both coexistence and unforeseen visual or conceptual encounters.
